About this Role:

The Intern Program Specialist role is key to executing on Gartner's investment with early career talent; building best in class internship programs that foster conversion opportunities. As an Intern Program Specialist this individual will coordinate intern housing, support all program logistics and act as a point person to the interns during the program. This individual must deliver strong results in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to flex priorities and adapt to change. Effective verbal and written communication skills are key in this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and prioritize tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee interns in designated office & support programs in other locations across North America

  • Coordination of intern housing and all other logistics of the program including

  • Support execution of "keep warm" strategy i.e. continuous engagement with intern participants

  • Support and organize intern outings, workshops & key programming

  • Coordinate development sessions and training with select business leaders

  • Handle collection and implementation of program feedback surveys

What you'll need:

  • Bachelors' degree and minimum 1-3 years' experience in Campus Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition

  • Proven experience supporting Campus and/or Intern programs

  • Ability to balance projects, timelines and partner with remote stakeholders

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Inclusion & Engagement Recruiting Programs team and help support the growth of Gartner's veteran hiring initiatives. The Veteran Recruiting Program Specialist's main focus will be to attract and engage enlisted military members and military spouses, while identifying opportunities to create scalable programs across the organization. Veteran Recruiting Program Specialist will: * Leverage expertise from the military in order to build veteran recruiting pipelines by attracting and engaging the overall veteran talent community to opportunities at Gartner * Serve as partner to regional veteran employee resource group. * Work with existing vendors and serve as primary point of contact across talent acquisition team to support veteran recruiting pipelines' and explore new potential partnerships that align to the enlisted military and military spouse community * Execute on strategy for global programs and act as SME on internal veteran programs, processes and tools; Train recruiting/sourcing team members on the basics of programs, processes and tools (e.g. CRM usage) and assist with advanced trainings, including creation of training materials for existing and new processes or system upgrades. * Trouble shoot programs, operational and system questions/problems (e.g. CRM) and escalate internally or to external vendor when needed. Diagnose and resolve issues and increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve and reengineer programs and processes * Partner with recruiting leaders and internal marketing, recruiting communications, Events, and People Analytics to develop, support and deliver campaigns to drive and cultivate talent for priority veteran hiring initiatives. Job Requirements: * Military experience and undergraduate degree required. * 1-2 years of prior recruiting experience preferred. * Experience providing program/project and analytical support, developing & executing project plans, and delivering reports and metrics to support programs * Exceptional communication skills, knowledge of Recruiting structure/processes and experience with a recruiting CRM/ATS or similar software a plus * The ability to work well both independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment; Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate; * Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data; * Results-oriented -- ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines Job Requisition ID:28135 By submitting your information and application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the country or regional recruitment notice linked below applicable to your place of residence.
