This person will lead in partnership with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition on strategic projects that will support OSI's ability to find, attract and hire talent. The ideal candidate will identify challenges, run analyses and solve problems. Must have a very high bar for integrity, and should be able to act autonomously and be able to work with all levels of the organization.
Project manage and lead a large scale global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization project
Help to define and implement recruiting operations processes to increase efficiency and improve candidate experience
Evaluate, build, optimize, and scale all recruiting-related systems, processes, programs and tools to effectively meet our business needs
iCIMS administrator/internal owner, ensuring clean data as well as workflow design and systems integration
Lead the effort to ensure everyone at OSI Systems, not just the recruiting team, is trained and equipped to efficiently attract, assess and hire the very best talent
Maintain meaningful and frequent analysis and reporting, including tracking of Talent Acquisition KPI's and objectives
Track execution against overall recruiting roadmap

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct

5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Operations with an emphasis on people, process optimization and data
Proficiency analyzing complex data, identifying trends and a keen ability to turn information into actionable business insights
A knack for learning new technologies to leverage opportunities for process improvements
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and global stakeholders simultaneous
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven track record of building and supporting high growth, high performing talent acquisition teams.
