Make recommendations to correct deficient program issues.
Participate in recruiting activities in pre-selected areas in an effort to increase public awareness of the ROTC program.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: work that involves determining enrollment eligibility for prospective Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) cadets; utilizing pertinent laws and regulations to manage and award scholarship incentives; and executing marketing strategy operation orders specified by higher headquarters. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in
the federal service GS-09.
