Roles and Responsibilities:

Establishes and promotes positive associate relationships to create a high level of workforce engagement.
Follow established recruitment and onboarding processes to include:
Post and advertise open positions.
Conduct initial resume review, pre-screen phone calls and schedule interviews.
Prepare offer letters in conjunction with the hiring manager and Senior HR Generalist/Director, Organizational Development.
Facilitate pre-employment screening processes and new hire paperwork.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests, including the HR email inbox.
Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all HR files including timely scanning and uploading to electronic filing cabinet.
Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS system.
Recurring established report generation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or state issued equivalency certificate.
One year experience in Human Resources.
Exposure to human resources practices in a business environment.
Demonstrated computer skills, including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must have the ability to plan for, track, prioritize and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or related field.
Prior experience with ADP a plus.
