Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and champion our Values in Action.

• Establishes and promotes positive associate relationships to create a high level of workforce engagement.

• Follow established recruitment and onboarding processes to include:

• Post and advertise open positions.

• Conduct initial resume review, pre-screen phone calls and schedule interviews.

• Prepare offer letters in conjunction with the hiring manager and Senior HR Generalist/Director, Organizational Development.

• Facilitate pre-employment screening processes and new hire paperwork.

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation.

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests, including the HR email inbox.

• Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all HR files including timely scanning and uploading to electronic filing cabinet.

• Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS system.

• Recurring established report generation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or state issued equivalency certificate.

• One year experience in Human Resources.

• Exposure to human resources practices in a business environment.

• Demonstrated computer skills, including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must have the ability to plan for, track, prioritize and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks.

• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or related field.

• Prior experience with ADP a plus.

Salary:

• $60,000/ a year

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Maybe exposed to cold temperatures for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to use hands to handle and feel objects, perform fine finger movements, reach with hands and arms, and have the ability to see, talk, and hear.

• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 15 lbs at a time

• Possess normal vision with or without correction

• Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
