We are looking for a Recruiting Manager - US to manage and deliver on N26 employee growth in US. You'll work with the Global Recruiting Lead to create the strategy to grow N26 into the leading employer in Technology. You'll organize, hire and develop the recruiting Team to execute on our ambitious growth plans. Your success will be measured by delivering against our growth plans, hiring manager experience and how well you are able to motivate and engage your team.

Once here you will

  • Build and Develop a team of Recruiting Partners dedicated to support our growth in the US.

  • You are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders where they can trust your judgement

  • You will build a strong technical pipeline and engage technical talent by creating a great candidate experience

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the team

  • You use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary

What you will bring along

  • Previous experience in leading high performing teams and delivering against targets in a fast paced environment

  • You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience

  • You bring experience of working in a global team and have the ability to manage communication strategies, making processes consistent and delivering in a hyper growth environment

  • You are tech savvy and you know how to engage with technical talent (a deep understanding of Java stack is an absolute plus!)

  • You bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems

  • You have built and managed high performing teams with your sound leadership capability

  • You know how to balance the different requirements of selling, partnering and challenging your key internal stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills, ability to assess and translate business strategies and workforce implications.

  • You are able to communicate in a concise and structured manner

Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Relations and HR Services, the Manager of Recruiting and Employment Services is responsible for ensuring the acquisition of top-caliber applicants and oversee the full life cycle of recruitment. The position will provide guidance in organizational policies pertaining to recruitment to managers and staff. The Manager of Recruiting and Employment will oversee the Recruiters, HR Representatives and Receptionist. He/she will provide the highest level of customer service by partnering with managers to deliver on hiring goals. Essential Functions: * Directly supervise the full recruitment cycle including job requisitions, selection, and on-boarding processes * Supervise the Recruiters to manage the recruitment process and applicant tracking system * Develop and edit job descriptions and job postings * Analyze recruitment trends and develop program-specific recruitment strategies for managers to achieve required staffing levels * Utilize digital recruiting strategies and platforms to identify candidates and hard to fill positions * Leverage internal and external candidates and sources to build a systematic talent pipeline of qualified candidates * Continuously ensure efficiency in the use of HRIS system; make recommendations for full use of the technology and assist with implementing changes * Develop and deliver HR process and content trainings to management staff * Develop and report on vacancies analytics for the agencies and work with senior management to develop strategies for retention * Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned Required Skills: * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Ability to exercise independent, sound judgment in decision-making and minimize agency's exposure to risk * Must be technologically savvy; fluency with Google Suite; strong working knowledge of HRIS systems. ADP Workforce Now preferred. * Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have worked in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to partner with senior management to achieve organizational objectives * Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and supervise HR staff as well as coach and develop other employees Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred. * PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred * Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an HR office (non-profit setting a plus) as a Specialist with strong recruitment and staff involvement required * Supervisory experience required At time of offer and acceptance, the job requires safety and security clearances through the Department of Education.
