The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused manager to lead Amazon's recruiting organization, specifically for our Infrastructure team. In this role, you would:

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics.

  • Manage a team who own finding, assessing, and closing all levels of candidates.

  • Interact with recruiting teams from subsidiaries and international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.

  • Develop innovative ways to meet AWS's constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
