The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused manager to lead Amazon's recruiting organization, specifically for our Infrastructure team. In this role, you would:
Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics.
Manage a team who own finding, assessing, and closing all levels of candidates.
Interact with recruiting teams from subsidiaries and international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
Develop innovative ways to meet AWS's constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
