Ability to work 30+ hours based on a Monday Friday schedule
Willingness to undergo a low level security clearance

Currently, Mathematica is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in our Princeton Survey Operations Center. As a staffing assistant you will work as part of a team conducting and executing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, scheduling staff assignments, maintaining employee records and organizing employee events.
Job Responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator
Place and monitor applicant postings including, but not limited to, online searches, internet postings, career fairs, local colleges, and referrals
Determine applicant qualifications by conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Monitor job offers
Schedule 2nd round interviews, training sessions and oversee the processing of new hire paperwork and security clearances
Maintain employee records and databases
