As a Coordinator, you'll own scheduling, candidate and hiring manager engagement, reporting, recruiting operations and events. You will also drive process improvement and sourcing strategy execution for early career talent across our business. Job Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling & coordinate onsite interviews, focusing on providing best in class candidate experiences.

  • Support recruiting team in KPI and metrics reporting.

  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Business Stakeholders to plan and manage recruiting events, from brainstorming to logistical execution.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding

  • Partner with recruiting team on sourcing, collateral/advertising, and candidate experience

  • Support Getty Images "employer of choice" position and facilitate a customer-focused candidate recruiting experience for all candidates.

  • Educate others and evangelize recruiting best practices.


  • Source across all areas of Engineering and Product to build Getty's early career pipeline, ensuring diversity of candidates.

  • Build Getty's employer brand by engaging with the community during networking events, meetups, career fairs, conferences etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience within a recruiting organization (agency or corporate), preferably in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • BA/BS preferred.

  • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment (from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and closing candidates).

  • Prior experience working with recruitment software and reporting.

  • Proven track record of gaining trust and respect of the business by consistently demonstrating confidentiality, sound critical thinking skills and placing the highest level of value on the internal and external customer.

  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, while balancing the need to work independently to drive individual results.

  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels and influence appropriately.

  • Ability to consult, persuade, and negotiate at all levels.

  • Strong written communication and account management skills and customer focus.

  • Proficiency with or ability to learn our systems: Jobvite, Workday, Stack Overflow and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Our Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the nursing recruitment function at UW Medical Center. This position will work closely with two nurse recruiters and another HR Assistant Senior in a fast paced recruiting environment. This includes acting as the initial point of contact for external employment inquiries, scheduling of interviews, verifying credentials of applicants, and coordinating new hire onboarding. The successful candidate must provide superior customer service to our job applicants, newly hired employees, as well as to our internal customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter new hire transactions in our Workday HR/Payroll system. These transactions are critical in ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and timely. Coordinate all necessary communications, paperwork, and processes for newly hired employees to ensure a successful onboarding experience. Perform background check and education verifications on newly hired employees. Prepare and send a new hire letter to all new employees. Verify that all new hire paperwork is complete and follow up as required on problems or missing information. Participate in the new employee orientation process in roles of presenter as well as general support. Perform licensure verification on job applicants to confirm candidates meet requirements of position applying for. Assist in the reference checking process for selected candidates. Develop close working relationships with the two nurse recruiters and the other HR Assistant Senior to effectively support the nurse recruiting function. Work to identify and implement new processes and procedures to streamline the recruitment function to maximize efficiencies. Respond to inquiries regarding policy and procedure information to applicants, staff, and leadership. Generate metrics reports for internal use, meetings, and leadership distribution. Coordinate various nursing recognition events. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Effective communication and service excellence skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel. Flexibility in meeting workload fluctuations.
