In this role, you will work closely with our Operations team to recruit for all field roles and will handle the coordination of candidates for corporate roles. You will be the first point of contact for most candidates, so it is imperative that you embody Zagster's culture as you will be representing the company to potential hires.
What You'll do:
Coordinate all interviews, field and corporate
Greet candidates make sure they feel welcome at the office
Work closely with Operations team to qualify candidates and arrange for in market hiring events
Screen candidates via call or video
Manage job posts
Communicate the steps in our recruiting process clearly and effectively with candidates
Arrange travel for remote candidates traveling in for interviews
Kick off onboarding tasks by submitting IT tickets, adding new employees to internal systems
Create and send offer letters
Coordinate with remote Operations Managers to keep field teams fully staffed
