The Recruiting Coordination team is critical to ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment with a mission of "Making the World a Safer Place"
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate a variety of interviews (phone, video, in-office)
Working with all stakes holders to ensure that our recruiting process is being followed
Work with department leaders and administration on how to best leverage our ATS, Taleo
Work on building job description to properly represent the roles available at MITRE
Participate in a variety of operations-based projects to help make our Talent Acquisition team to meet and exceed corporate objectives
Assist with event planning for large scale interview days as well as in-office recruiting events
Work direct with candidates and new hires to arrange travel through travel agency
Work directly with recruiters and leadership to ensure a very positive candidate experience
Potentially using different sites, including our internal database to source for candidates

You have an interest in recruiting and would like to be involved in the entire recruiting process
BS/BA in a related field and/or a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition/HR/employee development.
Experience with coordinating schedules and travel
Experienced user working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo.
Experience in a HR or recruiting department
