Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will handle all aspects of interview coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing logistics. Effective communication with candidates and hiring managers is key to ensuring a smooth interview process. This role requires someone who can multitask, has excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Manage and update the interview calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
• Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows
• Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates as needed.
• Ad hoc office management tasks – welcoming candidates, setting up lunches, deliveries, etc.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to work out of the Plano, TX office 3x a week
• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or related field
• High attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
