About the Role

At Robinhood, we want to give every candidate an unforgettable experience, no matter the interview outcome. We're looking for a recruiting coordinator to partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to perfect candidate experience and help implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies.

As a Recruiting Coordinator you will:

  • Help evaluate processes and make judicious decisions based on efficiency & sensibility

  • Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to design and schedule interviews

  • Arrange accommodations for out-of-town candidates

  • Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly

  • Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike

  • Be responsible for owning and juggling multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects as a member of the Recruiting Ops Team

  • Learn the ins-and-outs of Robinhood and take on more complex responsibilities over time

Some things we consider critical to being a Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 6+ months in a recruiting, HR or administrative role

  • Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time

  • An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness

  • Creative, and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse

This role will work closely with the Office Administrator to provide support in the recruitment, integration, development, and retention of attorneys and summer associates.</p><p>Recruiting Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus recruiting, the callback interview process, and lateral recruiting.</li><li>Work closely with the Office Administrator to implement effective recruiting strategies and searches.</li><li>Coordinate preparation for and execution of our summer associate program.</li><li>Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews and coordinate with attorneys to interview candidates.</li><li>Facilitate the offer process, draft offer letters, and communicate with candidates.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and orientation of our new and lateral associates.</li><li>Maintain relationships with career services staff and coordinate spring outreach events on campus.</li><li>There are also firmwide projects as assigned by the Director of Attorney Recruiting. Specifically, the Coordinator will help with gathering and assessing firmwide talent-related data, generating reports for firm leadership, handling law school registrations for on-campus interviews, and other projects as requested.</li></ul><p>Professional Development Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Facilitate the office&rsquo;s training and mentoring programs.</li><li>Assist in developing and creating initiatives and attorney development programs.</li><li>Regularly articulate and promote talent development programs to attorneys. Build awareness, understanding, and support for the firm&rsquo;s talent development initiatives.</li><li>Assist with the administrative duties with the annual attorney evaluation process.</li><li>There are also firmwide projects as assigned by the Director of Attorney Professional Development. Specifically, the Coordinator will assist in coordinating training and MCLE courses for the Silicon Valley office, and other projects as requested.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 - 3 years of attorney recruiting and/or attorney development experience (preferably in a large law firm environment).Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Superior technical skills and the ability to consider and analyze data and how it can be best utilized for the firm&rsquo;s talent development efforts.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Candidates should be proactive and comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership.</li><li>Experience with LawCruit and Workday or other applicant tracking system is strongly preferred.</li><li>A four-year college degree is required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p> Consultative Search Group Menlo Park CA
