The Role

We are searching for a hungry individual eager to make an impact on our HR and Recruiting function at Outreach. The Recruiting Coordinator is a high touch role and will help set the tone for candidate experience and onboarding for new employees joining our team. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every candidate, from interns to C-Level execs. There is a lot of responsibilities this person will have, and a lot of room to help create process and make smart decisions on behalf of our team.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

Supporting Talent Acquisition

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep it fully up to date

  • Work directly with candidates to schedule interviews (phone screen, remote, on-site)

  • Send confirmation and follow-up emails to candidates in all stages

  • Partner to ensure job postings are active on various job boards

  • Arrange travel and stay accommodations for traveling/out-of-state candidates

  • Ensure the Seattle office is presentable for on-site interviews

  • Update the daily onsite interview schedule and share internally with office manager

  • Greet candidates when arriving for onsite interviews and monitor throughout the day

  • Spearhead event logistics and provide support as needed for recruiting events (i.e. career mixers, networking events, etc.)

  • Seek opportunities to enhance both candidate experience and workflow efficiency

  • Assist recruiters in support branding and sourcing activities

  • Other ad-hoc administrative or HR responsibilities as needed

Supporting HR

  • Provide support for excellent HR customer service by assisting as needed in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for employees

  • Assist in transitioning a candidate from the hiring experience to employee onboarding

  • Take ownership in other projects as necessary to support HR initiatives

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Director of HR/other teams as necessary

  • A BA/BS degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field of study

  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments

  • You have experience working with Lever as an ATS product

You have experience with the technologies we use, including

  • Applicant Tracking System(s) (we use Lever)

  • Human Resources Information System(s).

  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
