Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Recruiting Coordinator Portsmouth, NH

Optima Dermatology is recruiting a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Practice Support Center, based in Portsmouth, NH.

Position Details:

The Recruiting Coordinator will help support the full cycle recruitment process for all positions. They will work with the Recruiter and Provider Recruiter through the full cycle recruitment process includes drafting and advertising positions, identifying, and screening applicants, actively sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews, and creating offers. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with identifying and screening prospective candidates

• Assist with sourcing talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels, contacting passive candidates, and building pipelines for future hiring needs

• Draft and update job descriptions and manage posts across all mediums

• Advertise opportunities through job boards, posting sites, social media, and other platforms

• Maintain and update our ATS (Greenhouse)

• Scrub recruitment reports and data for accuracy

• Assist Recruiter with scheduling and/or conducting video screens of candidates and present candidates to the hiring manager, which includes summary, CV, and notes from the discussion

• Assist with scheduling video and in-person interviews for departmental leaders

• Participate in weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, new requisitions, priority positions, and key trends/analytics review

• Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns to assist with building awareness and pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

• Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required

• Highly organized and ability to manage multiple workflows

• Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM

• Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with marketing, other key functions, and hiring managers in a comprehensive team approach

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Technologically-savvy

• Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and a self-starter
