Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion to build relationships to join the team as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator. This position will primarily focus on recruiting, by supporting all divisions with their staffing and hiring needs. This HR Recruiting Coordinator will have the ability to assist with a variety of HR functions as needed but recruiting and hiring will always remain their top priority.

This team member will be responsible for filling multiple jobs at once, so strong time management skills and the ability to keep up with our staff growth needs are required. Applicants must have a strong understanding of Kidwell Core Values, with a goal of finding the next top performers to join the Kidwell Team. This position will be based out of our Omaha office, with occasional travel to our Lincoln or Kearney Offices.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the entire recruiting process, including posting job openings, tracking and sorting applications, scheduling and leading phone and in-person interviews, creation of offer letters, and most importantly, ensuring all candidates are meeting Kidwell's Core Values.

  • Collaborate with Divisional Managers to always have a firm understanding of current manpower needs, as well as forecast future hiring needs.

  • Maintain and grow a candidate pipeline for all open positions.

  • Attend and coordinate networking events. These could include career fairs, chamber events, collegiate events, and any other event the Recruiter sees as beneficial for Kidwell to sponsor/attend.

  • Coordination with Job Boards and Social Media sites to ensure that all open positions are actively shared and being sponsored as needed.

  • Support the Omaha team with HR questions and functions as needed.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Candidates must possess a positive and outgoing attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion to connect with others to help develop the Kidwell team.
  • 3+ years previous recruiting, or related human resources experience preferred.
