We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People Team in our Los Angeles office.

What You'll Do:

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Honey, you will:

  • Create a candidate experience unlike any other -- you love working with people

  • Point person for all communication with candidates related to their onsite interview and any rescheduling needed

  • Finding interviewers to fill in for interview cancellations

  • Working closely with the Director to implement a scheduling and reporting process so all hiring managers are prepared for who they are interviewing on any given day

  • Coordinating all travel arrangements for candidates as needed

  • Secondary responsibilities will be to help recruiting team source candidates during any down time

  • Other projects related to the role as needed

About You:

  • 1-2 years experience in a coordination or assistant role

  • Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews or meetings

  • Clear understanding of when something take priority over something else and knows when to ask questions

  • Ability and experience changing priorities or schedules quickly and as needed

  • Extensive experience with Google Calendar

  • BS/BA Degree

  • Tremendous attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • This person will work well with ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building something from scratch

  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus

Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures in accordance with the engagement objectives, budgeted time frame, and appropriate standards. * Demonstrate an approachable, professional and competent demeanor in the client's environment. Maintain a strong client focus; respond to client requests in a friendly and efficient manner and develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. * Collaborate with team members in setting goals and assuming responsibilities. Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams and listen/respond to other team members' views. * Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and share information gained with co-workers. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field * CPA licensed or has the requisite 150 units for CA CPA licensure * 0-2 years' experience working as an auditor for a public accounting firm (prior auditing experience is helpful but not required) * Proficient in MS Office applications * Good written and verbal communication skills Success Factors: * Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English. * Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
