JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates being considered for career opportunities at Henry Schein. The Recruiting Coordinator will work directly with management, candidates and vendor partners to ensure a positive candidate experience while also acting as a catalyst in expediting the interview process. This role will include coordinating travel arrangements, domestic and international flights, car service and video conference interviews.

The Recruitment Coordinator will also assist the recruiters in managing the candidate process within the HRIS system. This will include creating offer letters, administrating the onboarding process, and stepping candidates through the HRIS system.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews for internal and external candidates

  • Prepare interview itineraries for both the management team and candidates

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Assist Intern recruitment program

  • Request and prepare interview feedback commentary for management review

  • Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters

  • Inform candidates on their interview status

  • Assist recruiters in managing candidate process within the HRIS system

  • Coordinates advertising/posting of positions, both internally and externally, on the appropriate job boards

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.

  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of human resources or business related experience

Multi-tasking proficiency

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact with all levels of management

Customer service skills

Business judgment aptitude

Other:

Bachelor degree required

Lockbox Operations Principal Coordinator - Melville, NY The processor is responsible for keying various data elements for Lockbox Operations which scans a high volume of financial and non-financial documents across multiple US locations. The processor will review images scanned into our Lockbox Processing Software and key information contained on those images per client specifications. The ideal will complete the repetitious work with superior attention to detail over extended periods to meet service level and quality expectations. Additional responsibilities may include support of: Quality Assurance (Q/A) tasks including the review, corrections and reporting of Lockbox Operations financial and non-financial items processing. Quality Assurance reviews are performed primarily in-line with daily production activities and require strong attention to detail while adhering to strict process deadlines. The Q/A process compares data entry inputs against the operational processing instructions for accuracy. The Lockbox Operations process will then correct, document and report errors to the Lockbox Leadership team daily. The right candidate must be able to maintain a high degree of focus and impeccable quality over extended periods to meet servicing level quality and timelines expectations. Additional Job Description: * Responsible for processing and delivering quality review of check deposits * Responsible for data entry of various data elements from onscreen images into the Lockbox Processing system * Responsible for documenting, reporting and describing errors to various levels of Operational Leadership * Responsible for identifying error trends at various levels and reporting them to Operational Leadership * Assists with writing and adjusting operational process instructions Basic Qualifications: * Highschool Diploma, GED or Military Experience Preferred Qualifications: * At least one year of Lockbox Processing, Banking or Financial Institution experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position Capital One Melville NY
