Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support a recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.

  • Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process.

  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.

  • Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview.

  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.

  • Produce ad hoc recruiting reports.

  • Participate in recruiting events.

  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team.

  • Work closely with other coordinators on the team to constantly refine the process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across US offices.

  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC based calendar/meeting applications.

  • Experience building relationships with external and internal clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience coordinating interviews for a Facebook Recruiting Team.

As an Attorney Recruitment & Development Coordinator at Latham, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities and processes involved in the office's law school and lateral hiring programs, new attorney orientation, integration and development under the supervision of the Manager of Attorney Recruitment and Development while accomplishing these and other critical functions: * Assisting the Manager of Attorney Recruitment & Development with all phases of recruiting and development efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, and the Summer Associate program. * Developing relationships with Law Schools and Campus placement agencies to encourage and maintain valid resources for new hires. * Serving as Firm liaison to law school placement directors and other recruitment professionals. * Coordinating profiles and status of all recruitment activity in LawCruit. Ensuring that files are opened and applicants are entered into the LawCruit system. * Corresponding with incoming applicants to schedule interview dates and times, and coordinating information for applicant and interviewer. * Coordinating and tracking follow-up with candidates, and may schedule callback interviews. * Receiving, routing, and forwarding resumes for review by appropriate individuals and Recruiting Committee members. * Developing recruiting materials, brochures, and communication information for Recruiting Committees from pre-designed templates. * Helping coordinate orientation for summer associates. * Assisting with special projects on various issues as needed. * Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of law firm recruiting, development and event planning experience, will approach their work with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality, and will share our passion for excellence, service and innovation. Leadership ability, professional presence, initiative, team orientation, commitment to diversity and excellent interpersonal, organizational, management, and technical skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a JD and practice experience are valued. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a role with growth potential.
