Recruiting Coordinator - Human Resources
The Federal Reserve is developing a new interbank 24x7x365 real-time gross settlement (RTGS) service with integrated clearing functionality, called the FedNow service. This service will help enable financial institutions provide their customers with the ability to send and receive payments any time, any day, and have full access to those funds within seconds. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a new mission-critical Federal Reserve initiative that will be transformative to the payments landscape in the United States.
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral team member, dedicated to the success of the FedNow initiative and to HR support to our 1,000 employees. This key member will liaise with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and others across the entire Human Resource department. This ambassador of the Bank will partner with line recruiters to ensure a strong candidate experience and actively partner with the on-boarding of new talent.
What's Expected -
Manage new hire process, set up employee files, initiate and schedule background checks, communicate with candidates and hiring departments, and prepare new hire information packets
Responsible for timely and accurate information into the Bank's Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS); performs data validation in various HR systems, including PeopleSoft HCM.
Coordinates candidate interview schedules, on-site and remote, and disseminates/gathers interview support materials.
Assists peers in maintaining strong social-media presence for job postings and employer-of-choice activities
Provides support for Talent Acquisition including candidate follow up and proper document handling and records retention.
Own a set of standard and ad-hoc reports that keeps Talent Acquisition and HR management informed of key operational status and statistics
Manage the bank-wide re-screen and enhanced background screening programs
Ad-hoc project and other duties as required
You are -
Knowledgeable and experienced, possessing an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of 1-3 years of high-traffic coordination experience.
In possession of a strong customer focus throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle; including having the patience and the ability to handle candidates and internal customers with respect and professionalism.
Able to safeguard confidential information with tact and discretion.
Adept and proficient at computer systems, including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) and HCM systems
Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
