CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced contract Recruiting Coordinator to work with all candidates and internal hiring managers. We are looking for someone that is motivated, wants to learn and grow in this position and have fun. This person will serve as a point of contact for candidates alongside our recruiters to help ensure every candidate has an amazing interview experience.
Coordinate and manage all candidate interview schedules including: candidate travel and lodging accommodations, distribute appropriate materials to interview team (resume, interview forms, agendas, etc.) and maintaining tight communication with the candidate to ensure a great candidate experience.
Create and update candidate profile including recent interview activity/status within Jobvite.
Facilitate onsite interviews
Post and maintain job openings on company website and job boards
Participate in and/or manage conference and event administration.
Bring your creative side to help come up with new ways of attracting talent and help to evolve our career brand.
2 years previous administrative experience strongly preferred
Calendaring/Scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
Recruiting operations experience preferred
BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time, task and quality management skills
Strong team player skills
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform under tight deadlines
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Proficient with MS Office
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite and Workday a plus)
