The Recruiting Coordinator is the central hub of hiring and on-boarding across the entire organization. In this role, you will work closely with all of the Recruiters to get offered candidates through the pre-employment process, from offer letter to background checks and drug screens to completion of forms and the hand-off to Human Resources.
You will quickly become the go-to person for all things related to new hires, efficiently tracking status of each step for each person and managing their experience throughout, while also creating reports and communicating status to interested parties. The Recruiting Coordinator role is a great entry point into the talent acquisition and talent management fields we're looking for someone with a strong passion for discovering great talent and helping to generate an outstanding candidate experience! Coordinate and manage the hiring process from point of offer through to start date and onboarding, supporting a team of Recruiters across the entire organization and all business groups; additionally help to support internal recruiting efforts as appropriate Responsible for creating, receiving, and tracking all offer letters, new hire agreements, and pre-employment paperwork Initiate, track and troubleshoot background investigations (including Motor Vehicle Reports and Credit Checks when applicable) and drug screens Appropriately escalate and help to resolve difficult and sensitive matters with candidates, keeping impacted parties informed and maintaining confidentiality Accurately track all new hires through hiring stages in real time and ensure all interested parties are well-informed, allowing for a smooth transition and onboarding process Become resident expert for information, processes, accuracy, and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday In all activities, understand the importance of the CoStar brand and employer value proposition and demonstrate white-glove level service to enhance the candidate experience: treat candidates with respect, follow through on promises, and consistently strive for improvement Schedule and coordinate interview days, send interview confirmations to candidates, and update and manage interview calendars Schedule travel and lodging arrangements for candidates and new hires as needed.
General team support activities, including Expense reports, coordinating team meetings (food, rooms, etc.), invoice management, etc. Support Campus Recruiting efforts as needed seasonally: schedule on-campus visits for the campus recruiting team, help to coordinate campus call back days at the various offices, and track all candidate vitals for reporting needs at the end of the season Qualifications for consideration: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required Demonstrated interest in and exposure to the Recruiting field via work, internships, or academic experience; clear understanding of value-add HR and talent acquisition concepts Must have a sense of urgency and understanding of how each step of the hiring process impacts the next steps and the entire candidate experience Successful candidate will be self-directed, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and be a strong team player; this includes showing a drive for results, inquisitiveness, and adaptability Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction through active listening and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel *LI-AA1
