Pandora is looking for an energetic, passionate, and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Team. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and supporting your Recruiters in their efforts to fill open roles here at Pandora. In this role you will have to be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships. The Recruiting Coordinator may also own and move forward a Recruiting-related project.

This role will be based out of Atlanta, GA or Oakland, CA. This role is Contract, typically for a minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity to renew and potential for Full-time employment.


  • Support Recruiters in scheduling interviews for candidates, posting jobs, and coordinating logistics relating to the hiring process.

  • Set-up interviews with appropriate team members, manage coordination of phone interviews and on-site visits, including scheduling interview rooms and other logistical details.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity through transaction processing and regular audits.

  • Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time based on established service levels.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement; create efficiencies through understanding system capabilities and streamlining processes.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives to support the Recruiting team including reviewing candidate applications, assisting with sourcing, or owning a relationship with a third party partner.

  • Cross-train with other members of the Recruiting Coordination team to provide backup.

  • Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in areas of recruiting coordinator support, including high volume interview scheduling.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative, Human Resources or Recruiting Coordination role.

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Experience supporting and partnering with dispersed stakeholders and team members

  • Able to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines

  • Must have the ability to communicate and articulate clearly, both in person and writing.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units

Preferred Skills:

  • Jobvite or Avature experience

  • Able to work various shifts to ensure support across all Pandora locations

Facilitates and coordinates the resolution of day-to-day issues regarding contracting and maintenance of vendor relationships. This position reports to the Director of Contracting. # DUTIES # ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 1.# Analyze, maintain, negotiate and re-negotiate formal contractual relationships with vendors which are favorable to AHS.# Understands healthcare budgeting to include revenue, expenses, contribution to margin by operating unit. 2.# Manage portfolio of contracts; interface with AHS legal staff and work with business owners to review, negotiate, edit# and execute contractual agreements per organizational policy in a timely manner. 3.# In a collaborative manner, support the department to: Develop and maintain current department policies and procedures; Execute on department goals and objectives; Adhere to annual budget; Participate in the department#s performance improvement activities; Identify opportunities for process improvement. 4.# Interface and educate AHS staff regarding contracting processes and requirements which supports the overall reduction of AHS risk and cost of doing business. Suggest alternative scenarios to resolve conflicts; facilitate resolution of issues between interested parties causing delay in completion of necessary contracts. 5. Support RPF processes, Fair Market Value (FMV) analysis and other competitive price review activities as assigned. 6.# Thoroughly analyze the impact of language provisions.# Finalize contract documents with appropriate summary information for executive decision and execution of agreements. 7.# Stay abreast of new market trends by participating in conferences, networking opportunities and publications regarding contracting trends. 8.# Address opportunities for financial performance improvements related to vendor contracts. 9.# Work collaboratively with Materials Management, Finance, Legal, Facilities Management, Nursing, and Executive Suite personnel to complete contracting processes and to develop new, and improve current, processes to facilitate effective and efficient non-physician contracting workflows. 10. Maintain logs and shared drive contracting folders per department protocol. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor#s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Care Administration or related field required; Master#s degree preferred.
