We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in a contractor capacity. You will get to work side by side with our recruiters as an integral member of our growing Talent Acquisition Team in a unique role with stretch opportunities! In this position you will be:

  • Scheduling interviews for both recruiters and hiring managers

  • Arranging, scheduling, and communicating interview details with candidates

  • Coordinating and booking travel for visiting candidates

  • Supporting recruiters with sourcing candidates for various positions as needed

  • Supporting recruiters by conducting initial phone screens for various positions as needed

  • Updating candidate records and job postings in Applicant Tracking System as well as various job boards as needed

  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting or HR activities as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required or 2 years' of related work experience in lieu of degree

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with high volume complex meeting or interview scheduling at a national level

  • Previous experience working with and posting jobs to job boards

  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Calendaring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High degree of organizational skills is required

  • Impeccable attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and Boolean searches strongly preferred

  • Previous experience recruiting for entry level roles preferred

  • Previous Taleo experience is strongly preferred
