As a Recruiting Coordinator at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a highly-collaborative team in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. By delivering organized and timely support to the Recruiting Team, you'll help ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and be an integral part of Micron's success. You will touch and influence all steps of the recruiting process while utilizing and continually improving your already stellar set of customer service skills.

Through your work, you will develop a rare network of interdisciplinary professionals both within and outside of Micron and that will provide a foundation for career and personal development within Human Resources and the Semiconductor Industry.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

You'll support full-cycle recruiting activities to include, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with and counsel recruiting stakeholders on recruiting/hiring process and procedures

  • In conjunction with Recruiting Stakeholders, craft and edit job descriptions

  • Create requisitions in the recruiting system/application tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist in screening applications and resumes

  • Pre-screen/conduct phone interviews with candidates and may also include assisting in sourcing activities

  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and host onsite interviews if needed

  • Complete and/or coordinate hiring actions within HR Systems for new team members and update as needed

  • Capture and edit offer details as needed

  • Ensure all candidate application details are complete to proceed with hiring

  • Provide support as needed for immigration and work visa legal program

  • Respond to applicants' inquiries during the scheduling and interview process and subsequent offer and hiring process

  • Other duties as needed to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Partner with HR Customer Service Center (HR CSC) and other Hiring Stakeholders to streamline, improve processes and increase efficiency

  • Work with recruiting managers to on-board new Recruiting Team members

  • Schedule meetings and training sessions and facilitate as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Superb verbal and written communication

  • Dedicated and highly motivated approach to dynamic business needs

  • High level of ownership and integrity

  • Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Skype or other collaborative system

  • Experience with enterprise level systems such as Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP)
