Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role: As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts, serving as the primary contact and coordinator for all hiring needs. You'll be instrumental in creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring we attract top talent to join our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will include posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and representing our company at recruiting events. You'll also develop innovative hiring strategies to fill hard-to-staff positions and work closely with department managers to understand their needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent Communicator: You must have strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Experience in Recruitment: You should be comfortable conducting various types of interviews and using different recruiting resources, such as job boards and social media.

• Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks and projects at once, and you have a keen eye for detail.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
