The Recruiting Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization team partners with Global

Recruiting to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function's ability to support the hiring needs of the business.

The Recruiting Change Management Project Manager is a key-partner in the Recruiting Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization organization. This position supports the robust change management agenda by implementing strategic end to end readiness.


  • Provide change management and strategy support on major transformation initiatives including development and execution of comprehensive communications and training plans

  • Consult with project leadership on appropriate change management strategy for the initiative

  • Ensure employee readiness for the initiative, including development of job aids, ensuring proper testing/ piloting, and completion of change management tollgates as required

  • Escalate risks to employee readiness and remediate as appropriate

  • Serve as project manager including maintaining project plans, developing business cases, creating project charters, completing stakeholder analysis, providing executive updates, and performing core project management responsibilities for meeting management

  • May have indirect management responsibility for project working groups; influence and drive results from the team

  • Look for process efficiencies and implement across the organization


  • Five to seven years change management or project management experience preferred

  • Experience driving or partnering on change management efforts on cross line of business and/or global initiatives

  • Ability to manage complex projects with global, cross-LOB impacts

  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities

  • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable providing counsel and guidance to other project managers and leads

This Finance & Business Management group is responsible for providing complete financial, analytical and business management support to JPMorgan US Funds Management sales & client service organizations.
