As a Recruiting & Hiring Specialist you will be empowered to play an integral role in hiring talent within the assigned area. You will have the satisfaction of seeing the process through from application to hire!

What You'll Do Here
Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of talent needs and requirements for the Operational area.
Coordinate with Human Resources as needed to implement the appropriate talent acquisition strategies needed to meet Divisional hiring demands.
Create "Talent Pools" to be utilized by the Division based on skill level and location.
Work closely with Operations Hiring Managers to qualify, screen, interview, disposition, and onboard candidates for open requisitions.
In conjunction with Human Resources, analyze trends and metrics related to recruiting, hiring, and turnover.
In conjunction with Human Resources, provide support and conduct training for Operations Hiring Managers in the areas of interviewing, promotion, and onboarding best practices and non-discriminatory hiring requirements.
Ensure compliance with a structured interview process.
Follow up with Human Resource on high potential candidates interested in potentially applying to Lewis Tree Service.
Handle and protect confidential Company and applicant/employee information.

What You'll Need
Minimum of High School diploma or the equivalent
Relevant experience in hiring and recruiting for operations-level positions
Demonstrated ability to understand the area's needs and priorities related to talent
Ability to implement effective processes related to the identification, qualification, and placement of qualified personnel
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, employees, applicants, and potential applicants
Understanding and compliance with all relevant laws and policies related to ethical and legal hiring practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
Excellent interpersonal skills; including oral and written communication, listening, and presentation skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
