Position Description

X-energy is seeking to change the world, and we are looking for a Recruiter committed to helping us make this happen. You will work with the recruiting and engineering teams to attract and hire world-class nuclear engineers and technologists. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities in order to help grow the best nuclear engineering team in the world. You will work to identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical hires.

Responsibilities

• Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events

• Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role that they are interested in

• Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process

• Prepare offer recommendations that align with the business requirements

• Work closely with senior stakeholders in our engineering, people, and recruitment operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvements

• Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Three plus years of experience hiring technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates

• Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team

• Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Jobvite and Workday experience is a plus

• Experience sourcing candidates across a variety of online platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter

• Strong ability to leverage candidate databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Strong attention to details

• Strong internal customer support of Hiring Managers and Business Leaders

• Passion for our nuclear reactor and fuel to power the world in the 21st century!

Location: Rockville, MD

Work Site Expectations: 2-3 days in office

Salary Range: $70,000- $75,000 based on experience

Travel Expectations: 5%

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
