Responsible for attracting, sorting, and recruiting the best talent. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for the organization inclusive of the following responsibilities:
Create a pipeline for recruitment along with a rich talent pool.
Directly source and screen candidates.
Drive and support the recruitment process for senior hiring leaders.
Work within a recruiting team on special projects and initiatives.
Manage the recruitment process and candidate workflow through ATS.
Conduct weekly 1-1s with active hiring leaders and attend staff meetings.
BA/BS degree in business, communication or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of recruiting experience.
