JOB TITLE: Recruiter

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The WBB Recruiting Department is a fast-paced and results-oriented team. The Recruiter will play an integral role in the aggressive growth goals of WBB. The Recruiter will report to the Director of Recruiting and partner with Sector VPs, Client Partners and Business Development team members to fill immediate hiring needs primarily in our DOD sector, but will support other sectors as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiting/Sourcing in key skill set areas

  • Provide qualified candidates for immediately available positions

  • Support proposal efforts where needed

  • Track metrics and data associated with open positions and proposal efforts

  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates within the companys area of expertise to better serve our customers

  • Ability to aggressively support quick turnaround Task Orders

  • Team oriented and the ability to foster a positive Candidate experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree (5 years of experience in recruiting will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree)

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience in government contracting (or related) market place or agency staffing with a total of 3 years of business or military experience.

  • Metrics and results-proven track record of success

  • Ability to perform in a high-paced, team environment

  • Sales oriented

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

  • Hands on experience with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional training in Recruiting

  • Prefer 1-2 years of staffing agency experience

  • Experience with cleared recruiting

  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
