POSSIBLE is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring needs in our Cincinnati office. In this role, you will be a brand ambassador and strategic partner. You'll manage full cycle recruiting for both full-time and contract roles across the office. You'll become an expert in all things POSSIBLE, our capabilities, disciplines and work. Not only will you interview and negotiate offers in partnership with hiring teams, you'll source and identify talent that will bring diverse thinking and experiences to the agency. Our ideal candidate is able to customize recruiting strategies for each search and has a robust network of talent in our industry. You need to be a creative thinker, strong communicator, and problem solver. A firm understanding of the agency business is highly desired.
What you'll do:
Hire top talent across multiple disciplines Creative, Strategy, Account, Project Management, Performance Marketing, Technology, and Operational roles.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to interview and offer stage while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Screen portfolios and resumes, qualify candidates, and manage the interview process.
Collaborate with the business group to ensure sourcing/screening is aligned with role expectations.
Proactively build and manage relationships with top talent. Develop a pipeline for high demand positions.
Participate in and represent POSSIBLE at industry and networking events (i.e. AAF, SIC, SXSW, AdClub, AIGA)
Ensure compliance on all hiring activities to include reference checks, background checks, offer approvals, and other recruiting policies.
What you'll need:
7+ years of experience in a Recruiting role is required.
Experience working in a digital or advertising agency.
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Polished phone, email and social media etiquette.
Experience navigating efficiently through a matrix organization.
Informal and people-centric approach to work and getting things done.
Able to quickly establish credibility with the senior leadership team.
Persuasive, proactive, strong presence, unpretentious, unquestionable integrity.
