Garden City, NY (Hybrid/Remote, 3 days in office, after 3-6 months) Status: Full-time Role Overview: As a Recruiter for our client, you'll play a vital role in our client's team by recruiting and maintaining relationships with top-tier candidates.

Your responsibilities include designing recruiting strategies, engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring their smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn about various legal fields. Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute recruiting strategies for top-tier neutrals. Recruit and onboard candidates. Maintain and update candidate bios and rosters.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. 1-2 years' experience as a recruiter.

Experience in legal services recruitment or related fields a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Compensation: $55-70k annually 5% annual performance-based bonus
