The Role

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Recruitment Team Lead to oversee the recruitment for our fast paces talent acquisition based onsite at PayPal. We will partner with our client to manage their corporate and field service recruitment initiatives.

The successful candidate will contribute to Korn Ferry Solutions growth and profitability goals by delivering a best in class recruitment service to our client. This role will be responsible for management of the day to day operational RPO solution delivery, including defining sourcing strategy, candidate delivery and placement based on specified KPIs, stakeholder management and team management. In addition the Team leader will be responsible for providing a consultative service to the client around process development and the implementation of recruitment best practice.

Tasks

  • Managing a on -site and remote team.

  • Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable

  • Defining and communicating individual and team metrics

  • Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles

  • Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client

  • Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships

  • Delivering to SLAs and KPIs

  • Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner

  • Developing and delivering client and management metrics and reporting

  • Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions

  • Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

  • Inspiring the team to attain goals and pursue excellence

  • Advising on process improvements and recruitment best practice

  • Provides regular accurate revenue forecast

  • Achieve as a minimum the contractual KPI's, for quality and effectiveness as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA's

Requirements

Higher education or degree level qualification or equivalent combined with the following experience:

  • Demonstrated success as a Recruitment Team Leader

  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships

  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring techniques

  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards

  • Computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability

  • English and German language skills are needed

You will focus on commitment to drive employee satisfaction and providing administrative support to Management and other departmental teams. As the Office Lead, you will ensure all aspects of office operations run efficiently. It will be your role to balance resources and budget to maximise efficiency and opportunity. A key area of this role will be working with the Berlin Office Director (OD), International Operations Business Partner (OBP), the Team Coordinator Germany and local practice leadership to drive business efficiency and improve business capability. Administrative * Administrative project work and tender management including formatting and editing of texts and quality control of reports, drawing up and proofreading letters, modelling text templates or PowerPoint presentations for correspondence, ensuring impeccable and client-orientated presentation * General administration of the Berlin Secretariat Office working alongside the German Secretariat Team Leader based in Cologne * Provide support to the Team Coordinator in coordinating with other departments and offices such as Marketing, IT and Human Resources and Business Development * Help organise client and internal meetings, conferences and workshops * Organisation of travel including travel bookings, expense reports, credit card statements * Work closely with the International Finance Team to ensure supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner, and that any requests are resolved and communicated to internal and external parties * Coordinate with the International Operations Business Partner and International Finance Director on the development and execution of the Operations Budget. * Ensuring business needs are met while keeping costs to a minimum and quality products and services are procured Team Assistant * Work with the International Operations Business Partner and the Team Coordinator to actively lead and direct significant projects, initiatives, and conflicts with a focus on administrative services.
