Recruiter Talento is partnered with a Healthcare organization based in Miami seeking a Recruiter. Reporting to the Director of TA, the Talent Acquistion Specialist will focus on the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer extension, ordering equipment, initiating background check, and drafting new hire communication), and assist with onboarding.
This role will also assist in the deployment of training and facilitating in-house training. Responsibilities Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization including administration of the Culture Index.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support. Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines. Initiate and manage the onboarding process including offer extension, background check (including drug testing and MVR), first day orientation. Lead the new hire onboarding process, including developing a 90-day onboarding plan with the hiring manager.
Ensures that all necessary equipment is ordered and available for new hire and necessary access is granted. Assign mandatory new hire compliance training in the Cornerstone and Learn4U, systems. Ensure all compliance with legal requirements and company policies as needed.
Make suggestions and recommendations for best practices. Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Assist in the deployment of training programs and other compliance materials as needed.
Assist with in-house training of staff/managers. Lead the new hire onboarding process, including developing a 90-day onboarding plan with the hiring manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Paycom software. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting. Two to three years human resources or recruiting experience is preferred.
