We're looking for an experienced full-cycle Supply Chain & Logistics Recruiting Partner for our Platform + Supply Recruiting Team to deliver top talent and lead strategic searches for our Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Trucking, Warehousing and Pricing departments across the U.S. You'll have robust knowledge of best practices and a comprehensive understanding of this complex industry to identify, source and assess profiles to build pipelines, and build strong partnerships with those internal supply team leads and teams. What you'll do:

  • Run the full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions including: Ocean Freight, LCL Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Trucking, Warehousing, and Pricing;

  • Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, and sourcing campaigns;

  • Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you're investing in sources with the highest ROI; Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline;

  • Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders;

  • Write eye catching copy to ensure top conversion rates; Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin, Boolean sourcing, industry event participation and alternative search techniques;

  • Partner closely with our Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to ensure we attract, assess, woo, and close the best of the best; Develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders to understand the needs of the business;

  • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and share findings with broader Platform + Supply Recruiting team;

  • Build trusted candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations;

  • Help build the Flexport Recruiting Brand from the ground up.

What you'll bring:

  • BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of experience in Recruiting & Sourcing for Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics teams; Experience in fast growing companies a plus

Oversee and directing the supply chain process, revenue cycle management and charge capture for EHC Surgical Services. Serve as the system leader for surgical supply chain, advising and collaborating with operating unit leaders as they carry out the vision and system strategies designed by Governance for EHC's perioperative enterprise. Facilitate consensus and adoption of supply chain standardized procedures that minimize variation and inefficiencies across the System. Work intimately with physicians and perioperative executives to negotiate optimum value throughout the EHC system. Assist and support operating units to achieve the key performance indicators focused on perioperative supply chain, as approved by the EHC Perioperative Governance Council. Manage all operating unit surgical materials management personnel. Personnel will remain at their designating operating units with a dotted line relationship to the operating unit Specialty Director or designee. Identifies and addresses opportunities for integration and standardization of supply chain process across EHC. Maintains effective collaboration and communication with Vice President, EHC Surgical Services and perioperative executives regarding surgical supply chain. Provides timely information regarding progress and accomplishments. Supports Vice President, EHC Surgical Services and operating unit perioperative leadership in the development of capital budgets, ensuring there is standardization and optimal pricing based on system economy of scale. With system and operating unit materials management leadership, negotiates and manages all contracts related to surgical supply chain. Is system liaison for all surgery vendor relationships, working collaboratively with operating units and physician leaders. Establishes and leads system Values Analysis Team for surgical services. Leads product selection committee. In collaboration with the Vice President, EHC Surgical Services and perioperative leaders, ensures that all applicable regulatory and legal standards and policies are met within the scope of the surgical supply chain. Ensures appropriate internal and external reporting of both compliance and non compliance issues arising from surgical supply chain. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in business or health care related field. Master's degree perferred. Six (6) years of experience in surgery supply chain management in a highly complex surgical enterprise; Previous experience in leading large scale surgical or other supply chain projects.
