  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process (including the collection of candidate evaluation forms) with a strong focus on both active and passive candidates
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify effective sourcing strategies and recruit experienced consultants
  • Responsible for writing job descriptions based on input from hiring managers and informed by the Culture Index initiative
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, social media and recruiting tools
  • Leverage individual, professional and social media network to source candidates and promote Saxonys culture
  • Network, build relationships, and sell the Saxony brand
  • Foster a climate and culture that creates a positive employee experience where employees love their jobs and are proud to work for Saxony
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates across several capability/practice areas
  • HR Generalist experience a plus (including but not limited to):
    • Conduct employee onboarding, organize training, develop initiatives
    • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
    • Undertake tasks around performance management
    • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Participate in special projects for Saxony marketing and recruiting initiatives (including but not limited to):
    • Interview technique training
    • Candidate experience surveys
    • Marketing events
    • Sponsored User Group meetups
    • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements, negotiating with movers, arranging temporary housing, and providing community introductions
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations


  • 4-6 years of professional technology recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing and communicating with high-level talent
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, excellent networking skills
  • Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry
  • High energy, positive attitude, and driven to get things done - team player personality
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media and recruiting tools
  • Detail-oriented and ability to package information in clear, concise executive-level ready format
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, autonomous, entrepreneurial environment and driven to work hard in order to achieve objectives
  • BA/BS in Business or equivalent area

This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components. Essential Duties * Develop and execute local, regional and job specific recruiting plans by partnering with hiring managers and HR team members to determine staffing needs. * Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local schools and other creative strategies. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs for frequently recruited for positions. * Research new sourcing methods and implement as appropriate. * Screen resumes, screen candidates (by phone or in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers for consideration. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback and ensure process is moving forward. * Coordinate with hiring manager to present verbal offers. * Ensure all job descriptions and job posting templates are consistent and compliant with OFCCP regulations. * Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics. Report quarterly on recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, gaps and success rates on sourcing strategies. * Manage internal application and transfer process including screening with hiring managers and transfer of offers. * Serve as recruiting subject matter expert to team members and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and other related topics. * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members required. * Excellent communication skills required as well as the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
