Our client has had a spike in hiring and is seeking a contract RECRUITER to support them during this time. This role offers an opportunity to serve as a tactical and strategic recruiting partner to hiring leaders.
Key Job Responsibilities ?Individually own all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. Determine hiring needs, position requirements, qualifications and selection criteria. Perform pre-employment activities including, but not limited to, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, facilitating onsite interviews, offer negotiations, etc. ?Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company and is accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices. ?Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity. ?Manage applicant tracking system in support of Company performance metrics and Affirmative Action initiatives.
?Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), using appropriate technical language and presentation skills. ?Self-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. ?Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments ?Strong organizational and analytical skills ?Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with all functional areas of the business ?Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking techniques Education Experience ?A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this position ?Experience of 3 or more years in a Talent Acquisition role is preferred for this position About Robert Half Management Resources: ?
