Overview

Road Runner Sports is looking for a high-volume Recruiter who can help us keep pace with our growth and the competitive nature of our industry.

Responsibilities

• This role will join a Recruiting Team of seven people, based out of our San Diego Store Support Center.

• The primary focus will be on helping our stores hire, and support the proper onboarding of, the absolute best Fit Experts in the country, to deliver a WOW experience to our customers and VIPs. Our Fit Experts are not your typical front-line retail positions. They are knowledgeable, well-trained, salespeople. Not everyone is a "fit" for that role. We need your experience and ability to identify candidates who are great at both customer service and sales.

• You should be able to help fill at least 10 Fit Expert positions per month.

• Recruiters typically support 7-8 stores in a specific geography, so they can build relationships with the hiring Managers and get to know the local talent market.

• We use iCIMS as our ATS. So, familiarity with that could be a plus. But, if you have already achieved success as a high-volume Recruiter using a different ATS, you will easily learn iCIMS too.

USD $25.00/Hr.
