RL Siteworx Job Posting – Recruiter POSITION SUMMARY RL Siteworx is seeking an outgoing, persuasive, and experienced Recruiter with strong interpersonal skills to lead recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent, including project managers, engineers, estimators, skilled tradespeople, and support staff. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The duties of this role require a basic understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work and a desire to work with digital recruiting platforms. This role will have opportunities to interact with a variety of people and influence applicants through outstanding communication. ABOUT RL SITEWORX RL Siteworx is a Houston-based underground wet utility and dirt work contractor who has provided site management services to our customers for over 40 years.
RL executes and manages builder’s sites so they can focus on planning for the future. We make it flow. RL is dedicated to building a culture defined by proactive action, communication, results focused, and quality and achieving a 10-year goal of being a $400M construction contractor.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, industry networks, social media platforms, career fairs, and employee referrals. Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial candidate screening calls to determine cultural alignment and candidate qualifications. Make recommendations to hiring manager regarding next steps. Schedule next steps with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding: Prepare for candidates arrival and onboarding activities. Assist the hiring manager with initial onboarding activities and training. Job Posting:
Manage all job postings across multiple digital platforms. Leverage multiple digital platforms and industry-specific networks to promote job openings. Applicant Tracking System:
Maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates, ensure accurate and timely data entry, and reporting to hiring managers. Digital Platform Management: Manage all digital hiring platforms (Indeed, Linked In, Monster, etc.) to illustrate RL’s culture, core values, offerings, etc.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks specific to the construction sector. Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and project timelines, ensuring that recruitment efforts align with upcoming project demands.
COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of construction job roles and industry demands. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Extraordinary knowledge and ability to manipulate digital job market platforms. Leading the conversation while building positive and collaborative relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, or similar field Not less than 3 years of experience in similar roles Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer This position will require limited travel.
