Recruiter - Practice Lead - Legal Division

Our Client is seeking dynamic Practice Leader to spearhead the development of new practice areas in Legal Staffing primarily for Corporate Attorney placement and associated roles.

• Ideal candidates should possess qualities such as:

• Seasoned Recruiter
• Team Player/Leader
• Candidates with 3 to 5 years of sales experience in selling legal staffing services (both contract and permanent) is required. You will have to sell and recruit in this role.
• Successful track records at renowned Staffing and Recruiting Agencies is highly valued
  The position offers:
• $80,000 - $120,000 fixed salary
• Additional 20% yearly bonus based on net profit in the respective practice
• Opportunity for up to 20% shareholding in the dedicated practice LLC after 12 months
• Unlimited PTO
• Fully remote work model within the United States
