Purpose:

The overall goal of this position: 1) to deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the agency and assisting the training and development efforts of the HR Department and 2) to assist with developing, maintaining, and promoting effective community, source, patient, and partner relationships with the agency.

Scope & Objective:

  • To assist in developing and executing agency-wide recruiting plans thus ensuring the agency is properly staffed at all times. To collaborate with departmental heads and supervisors as well as objective data to ensure "just in time hiring".
  • To assist in the overall training and development of staff via mentoring, education, and talent management programs. The Recruitment & Programs Coordinator will assist in overall HR functions (working practices, conditions of employment, diversity, training, education, and employee relations among others) to ensure recruited staff are properly trained, developed, and supported.
  • To promote and strengthen the agency's reputation through internal and external programs that is or will be established by the agency and implemented throughout both the agency and community.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited College or University; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Major strengths include: Proactive, outside-of-the-box strategy, verbal and written communication skills, strong team player, attention to detail and reporting.
  • Adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adequately, effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency
