In this role, you will support our North American Service organization, a team which is growing rapidly and competing for the best talent to help evangelize our mission and accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
Managing the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping all your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
Sourcing passive candidates through multiple approaches as required by the specifics of the role
Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both skills for the role as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent (expert user of LinkedIn and other key sourcing tools)
Proven track record in hiring at volume (carrying at least 15-20 reqs at any one time)
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business stakeholders, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
A genuine interest to grow and develop and hone your recruiting skills as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion balancing efficiency with quality
A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field is required
