We operate two multidisciplinary pediatric clinics providing speech, occupational, physical and behavioral therapy for children and adolescents with complex developmental delays. We also provide home health services to children in their homes in Houston and the surrounding counties. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, passion, prior recruiting and/or sales experience to help us continue to BUILD AND GROW our organization. We are searching for a dedicated and self-motivated recruiter who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity requires high energy, strong recruiting, flexibility, and willingness to adapt and work with a large team.

Responsibilities:

  • History of developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies

  • Proven experience interviewing, assessing, and presenting candidates / managing the entire recruitment cycle for complex and senior-level hires.

  • A high degree of comfort in communicating with mid to senior-level executives, both written and verbal

  • Positive attitude and persuasive selling skills to convert candidates to hires.

  • Outstanding database and internet research skills, as well as a broad knowledge of business information sources

  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.

  • Positive attitude with a sense of urgency and excellence

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business development.

  • Ability to manage complex searches and fill hard-to-fill positions.

  • Knowledge of HRIS and workflows for full cycle recruiting

  • Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing and building and maintaining a solid network for pipeline recruiting.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present information and data in a clear, concise manner.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills but can also work independently

  • Able to effectively partner with senior leaders and proactively support them throughout recruitment.

  • High Energy, Ambitious personality. High desire to place top talent.
