Our client, the third largest personal lines insurer in the US, is currently seeking a
Recruiter for a 6+ month
contract position located in Bothell, Washington.

Pay Rate $20.00-$32.00/hour
Your responsibilities will include (bit not limited to):
Support in sourcing and recruiting candidates interested in agency sales opportunities
Require consultations with individual agency owners of varying experience to gather specific qualifications and make recommendations for support.
Emphasis on outbound call activity to schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
Evaluate candidates' resumes & initial interviews against specific position requirements and provide feedback to individual agency owners.
Proactively source candidates through job board management, job fairs, resume mining, etc.
The ideal candidate will have Recruiting and Sales experience with a strong ability to cultivate and build relationships, comfort with phone interactions and cold calling as well as strong listening and follow up skills. Experience with an applicant tracking system and computer proficiency are crucial for success as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment where employees are held to performance metrics.
