Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in talent acquisition, possess strong industry knowledge, and excel in building relationships with both clients and candidates. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals within a variety of industries, ensuring both client satisfaction and candidate success. Key Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and engage with top talent across manufacturing, engineering, aviation, and other industries. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates. Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and job requirements.

Provide consultative support and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for various roles. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present qualified candidates to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Share insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and improve recruitment practices. Manage job postings, update candidate records, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruiting purposes.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
