Iron Mountain is hiring a High Volume Recruiter who is passionate about placing the right candidate in the right role at the right time. This role gives you an opportunity to help build and foster a customer obsessed culture through the hiring of specialized field associates across all of the Iron Mountain Consumer Storage locations.
The Recruiting Specialist should have a strong acumen in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships and candidate generation. They will embrace a collaborative team environment in a high performance, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight for all internal and external users.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high volume workload and deliver on internal customer capacity needs in a KPI driven environment. They enjoy working at a fast pace, can think creatively, motivate their peers, have a contagious work ethic and have fun all while creating customer satisfaction and delight.
Effectively and efficiently manage high volume candidate pipelines
Close offers quickly with quality candidates
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing and identifying the right talent for all job profiles
Foster a collaborative and consultative relationship with internal and external customers
Lead recruiting initiatives to deliver just in time results on behalf of our internal customers
Think creatively, bring ideas and strategies that will drive continuous improvement in a fast paced customer obsessed culture
Embrace TA processes and help to improve processes for recruiting that fit within Iron Mountain's obsession to deliver results and provide sustainable value to the business
Lead or assist with projects and recruiting initiatives as needed
Ability to nurture and engage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
Understand the inputs and outputs of the recruitment funnel to ensure customer capacity needs are met
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume retail, logistics, operations or agency environment
Experience leading internal customer relationships in multiple geographic regions for varying job profiles
ATS experience (Workday preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability create strategic initiatives and goals to drive customer hiring requirements in a highly competitive market
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 20%)
