Currently looking for a Senior level Recruiter with 5+ years' experience of Technology (specifically Developer) recruiting experience.
In an ideal world, this person would have come from an Agency and Corporate (In-House background). They need to have the aggressiveness of agency recruiting but be able to manage corporate environment.
This person will be recruiting Developers with a broad range of tech (Java, AWS, .NET, UI etc.)
This position will be responsible for the Sourcing, Candidate Management, Hiring Manager Management, and once start date is identified will be passed over
Strong Sourcing capability required, Taleo experience nice to have (ATS), Avature (CRM) experience plus
This person will have between 15-20 openings, but heavy on sourcing.
This team does 'hotel' seating, and this person would be required to come onsite in (Boston preferable, NH secondary location). First several weeks/month will be onsite 3 days of week, but pending review of performance can transition more remote
