Ianuly Talent Accelerators seeks a Recruiter for our Seattle office. We take a different approach to recruitment here. You will never have to solicit for new clients. We work on exclusive agreements with our clients and you will never compete for a hire with another recruiter in or out of our office. You will work with the Recruiting Manager and business partners to maintain clear understanding of all current and potential openings.
We seek a Recruiting partner for our team that has exposure to the ad tech space with 2-6 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiting scheduler or recruiting researcher. This is a diverse, full-desk recruitment role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in the ad tech, digital media and cloud computing verticals.
You will use targeted recruitment methods (Linkedin Recruiter, DICE, Indeed) and applicant tracking tools to source talent with specific skill sets. The role will require phone screens with candidates and input of candidate information through our applicant tracking system. Our ideal candidate for the Recruiting Analyst position will be self-directed, detail-oriented, analytical and have strong time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Research and recruit candidates to build teams by leveraging employment platforms and our own internal database.
