i360 Technologies has an immediate need for a full-time Recruiter. The ideal candidate will love to "hunt" and search for hard-to-find skill sets and navigate creative ways to find and connect with candidates. This work is remote on-boarding NOW. This position develops and implements sourcing strategies that produce a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of professionals for our teams. The recruiting position serves an integral role in the success of i360tecnologies initiatives and growth. The candidate must possess an innate ability to understand and communicate the big picture view of the companys talent acquisition and recruiting needs. In a two-pronged approach this involves being able to:

i. Create solutions to a build network and queue of talented team members within a broad higher education network

ii. Develop approaches for successful Just-in-Time hiring with an expert skill to find and present several qualified candidates for consideration

The role requires strong and effective communication, a high degree of collaboration, and self-driven characteristics to build relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders. It also requires the ability to synthesize information and consistently share progress with the appropriate internal team members guiding the process from requisition to onboarding.

This position serves as a valuable team player who is fully integrated with the company to understand the business including future needs. Proven hands-on recruiting experience in consulting, and information technology.

A typical day for this role begins with a checklist of priorities, filtering through emails, and notifications of hiring requests. Provide daily standup updates and monitoring of your candidate pipeline reviewing and where they fall in the interview and or hiring process/onboarding process. on priorities the role is always. Daily priorities include phone screens and phone interviews, scheduling Microsoft Teams interviews with potential candidates, making several recommendations on high potential candidates to move them forward in the process, and making hiring managers aware of their candidacy. Sourcing and building relationships through professional networks virtually and by other means is a central part of the role. The day should end with checks and balances noting where you stand and the expectations for the coming days. It is important to set aside time towards the end of the business day to manage applicants in our ATS/Workable emailing follow-up and other correspondence as needed. This is a fast-paced organization where each day can bring the unexpected. Flexibility and adaptation are required as well as the ability to pivot as necessary as new recruiting needs come in.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Responsiveness: Response time, response accuracy, and internal cooperation. Communicate ad hoc with recruiting manager and operations regarding details of the pipeline for effective selection of candidates. (Requisition details, next steps, candidate flow, hard-to-fill nuances, offer status).
  • Contribution to branding: Continue to build the employer brand by actively participating in social media recru9iting and monitoring internal and external trends, participating actively in social media platforms to build visibility and engage potential.
  • Build Industry Network: Develop and build active relationships with key industry associations, contacts, and partners (including communities where we have managed services clients) to discover new talentExecute LinkedIn Recruiter searches to identify and find "hard to find" resources, and cultivate a "hunter" mentality when it comes to finding great candidates.
  • Diversity (of people, skills, talents): Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of consultants.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and pivot to new tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with candidates within a reasonable response time and provide response accuracy, and internal cooperation
  • Create a weekly/ad hoc communication with the recruiter, hiring managers, and operations as needed regarding details of the pipeline for effective selection of candidates. (Requisition details, next steps, candidate flow, hard-to-fill nuances, offer status)
  • Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy
  • Navigate, create and utilize recruitment technology and tools for sourcing strategies and job postings within LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable
  • Works together with the recruitment team to define candidate personas
  • Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates including initial reach outs and routine follow-ups
  • Execute Boolean search strings
  • Identify preliminary screening questions and capture relevant candidate information for recruiter and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a social media presence
  • Willingness to learn the federal consulting space
  • Maintain attention to detail in recruiting processes, including proper candidate pipeline documentation and hiring procedures.
  • Build relationships focused on candidate experience and customer service

Requirements

  • Exceptional research, consulting, and sourcing abilities with a strong network of higher education/consulting professionals

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Three to Five years of recruiting experience preferably in the Federal space, consulting, and/or information technology fields but not necessary
  • Ability to build relationships focused on candidate experience and customer service
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to pivot daily as recruitment priorities change
  • Willingness to learn and accept instructions from senior team members
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and pivot to new tasks as needed throughout your day.
